TRozz LLC is a 100% African American, mother-daughter development and property management company founded in 2002. As two Retired Air Force Disabled Veterans, we specialize in urban revitalization and affordable housing in West Louisville.; ; Our firm developed and built a total of 29 homes between 2002 and 2009. This portfolio includes 16 homes built during the initial phase of Park DuValle, our model home, and a custom home built for one of our first renters at Cora Villa in West Louisville. These 29 homes include our flagship development, the Cora Villa site, where we developed and built 11 homes.; ; For over 24 years, we have managed Cora Villa, self-funding maintenance and property management when needed to ensure the homes we built would always be a positive tribute to the West Louisville community and to my grandmother, Cora. Our core mission has always been to restore community stability by transitioning long-term residents into homeowners, intentionally bypassing outside invest.; ;
